Purpose	Morning Star Ministries, which is based in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, began as an outreach effort in Ft. Myers, Florida in 1987. Stan’s goal is to share his testimony in a captivating way. Through the use of illusion, he is able to punctuate spiritual principles while holding the attention of all present. Though the ministry has been transplanted twice, it is still growing in a wonderful way. The goals of Morning Star Ministries have expanded to include a challenge to serious discipleship for Christians of all ages.
The Message	Although the message is serious, humor is used to keep the mood light and fun. An explanation of Salvation is offered, as well as encouragement to those who believe they have "fallen too far away" to please God. There is a challenge to really walk with Jesus, submit to his authority, and remain faithful after a hard fall.
Accountability	As the ministry continued to grow, Stan and his wife Diana saw a need to have a board of accountability in place, to keep our vision focused, and the everyday business matters in line. Stan and Diana are active members of Petra Christian Fellowship and have submitted themselves and their ministry to their authority.
Mission Statement	Morning Star Ministries will present Biblical Truths through illusion, storytelling, and preaching in the open doors that God provides. We will minister in congregations regardless of their ability to contribute to this ministry. We will concentrate on the essential truths of the Christian faith, and will not expound on areas that are not clearly stated in scripture. We will continue to educate ourselves in the word and remain an evangelistic ministry challenging Christians to a closer walk. We will endeavor to show the light of Christ through all areas of our personal lives as well as when we are ministering. We will be subject to the counsel of our Board and will respond to any issues raised by churches where we minister. We will always make clear that the illusions performed are only illusions. This Ministry is Inter-denominational.
Programs	45-60 minute Presentations of Illusion appropriate for Sunday & Wednesday Evening Church services, Friday & Saturday night Youth activities, retreats, camp programs, and entertainment for Christian Company Picnics/Banquets. 30 minutes Presentations of Illusion for Sunday School classes and small special events. Storytelling for Retreats, Sunday and Wednesday evening, Vacation Bible School. Walk-Around "Magic" and Ballooning for outdoor events, carnivals, etc. Evangelism Speaker for outreach. When scheduling, try to contact us as far in advance as possible. Please try to tell us the following: what the event is, what type of program you are interested in, exactly what time we are scheduled (very important), how much time we have, if it is an indoor or outdoor event, if we should bring a microphone & amplifier.
